Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum stay?
Long-stay rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more. There are three rate levels: 7–13, 14–27 and 28+ nights. The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate.
What is included?
Daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes, all utilities such as electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour reception with security. Parking costs an extra TRY 300 per day.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. For corporate stays we issue the invoice in your company's name.
Can you reserve several rooms for our team?
Yes. Send the number of rooms and dates through the form or WhatsApp and we will plan the rooms together.
What is in the kitchen?
Our kitchen rooms have a hob, fridge, kettle and basic kitchenware. The 1+1 Suite has a fully equipped open kitchen.
Where is the hotel?
